Responsible for the development and presentation of watershed management and hydrological/hydraulic studies.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four year college or university plus 5-10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PE preferred.

Experience in GIS based planning and design.

Working knowledge of statistical and visualization software.
