Job Summary: |
- Plans and supervises Electrical Engineering work relating to the design, construction and operation of architectural, structural and civil engineering projects.
- Designs electrical systems including lighting, power distribution and alarm systems
- Performs code compliance reviews ensuring adherence to design guidelines and codes.
- Estimates costs of electrical construction.
- Prepares proposals and specifications.
- Monitors and coordinates the electrical project phases managing the output of designers and drafters ad occasionally performing drafting in AutoCAD as required.

Job Requirements: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in estimating Engineering and Construction costs, developing project scopes, reading blueprints, writing proposals, writing technical reports, performing engineering studies and managing multi-discipline projects as well as managing the work of a diverse group of individuals.
- P.E. Registration preferred.
- In depth understanding of how to apply the National Electrical Code to design projects.
