Great Wolf Lodge, Scotrun, PA
This $70 million project included all aspects of land development and site engineering for the 95-acre site. Borton-Lawson’s scope of services included all boundary and topographic survey, traffic impact studies, site design including stormwater management, 620 parking spaces, lighting and landscape plans, highway access design and associated permits, on-site water system evaluation including hydrogeological testing of wells, and design of and permitting of a 90,000 gallon per day sewage treatment plant.

Lower Broadway Park Masterplan, Nanticoke, PA
Borton-Lawson developed a master plan as a guide for a major recreation initiative underway in the City of Nanticoke, Luzerne County, PA known as the Lower Broadway Park/ Greenway. It will feature passive and active recreation areas on both sides of Lower Broadway between Main Street and the Susquehanna River. The goal of the master site plan was to produce a conceptual layout of how recreation facilities can be physically accommodated on the site in a manner that will encourage use by the general public. |

Motorworld, Wilkes-Barre, PA
Motorworld Automotive Group is an automobile sales and service complex located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The 72-acre complex houses over 15 automotive franchises with service centers on-site. Borton-Lawson provided construction services and design for a large expansion project at the campus. |

Electric City Harley Davidson, Dickson City, PA
The project involved designing the building and developing the land for a 25,000 SF Harley dealership in Dickson City, PA. The distinct design challenge in this commercial building venture was to recognize and take advantage of architectural opportunities while saving the client money with a pre-engineered building. Work included architecture, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, civil, and landscaping. |
