It also includes implementing the project plan, along with careful controls to stay on the critical path to ensure the project is being managed according to plan.
Borton-Lawson’s project management provides for weekly communication with clients. Telephone, email, and face-to-face time allows the entire project team to have open and regular communications with regard to project schedules and scopes. We take project management very seriously and consider delivering reliable services to our customers as specified and when promised! We take the following steps to be sure that your expectations are met:
- Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager.
- The project manager acts as the customer liaison within Borton-Lawson and is the single point of contact for project status and problem resolution.
- The project manager works within the framework of a matrix organization to oversee all aspects of the project from inception of the scope of work to delivery.
- The project manager develops a team that is composed of engineers, as well as design engineers, auto-cad and administrative personnel.
