Our strategic method for assuring quality in all of our work is an iterative process of planning, quality control, and improving our delivery process.

01 PLAN

Identify and document objectives, requirements, and standard operating procedures prior to each project.

02 ACT

Proactively monitor work through independent plan checking, design review meetings, peer analysis, internal audits and client expectation surveys.

03 EVALUATE

Hold internal project team meetings and obtain feedback through the Client Satisfaction Evaluation process.

04 IMPROVE

Verify the project followed the identified process and implement corrective measures where nonconformity is found.
