New Workstations Are Built for Teamwork

A major focal point of our Wilkes-Barre office 3rd floor renovations are the workstations that will allow teams to work and collaborate more effectively.

The new workstations will allow for increased day-to-day collaboration among multi-disciplined teams. These stations will also improve the level of collaboration and interaction between project managers and technical staff. In this layout, teams will be able to easily transition their desks into a small group meeting space.

According to McKinsey & Company, effective collaboration among teams has the potential to increase revenue generation and eliminate inefficiencies throughout the workplace. The new workstations will support the Borton-Lawson mission of Making Our Client’s Vision a Reality.
