Borton-Lawson is proud to announce our Leadership Development Institute (BLDI) has been named as a recipient of the 2017 Leadership Excellence awards, presented by HR.com!
The award showcases top organizations that value leadership and offer innovative development programs to their employees. Our BLDI program will be recognized in the Top 10 for Best Corporate University, which also includes companies such as Microsoft, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Hilton Hotels. Borton-Lawson will also be recognized in the Top 20 for Best Use of Classroom & Traditional Training along with Ceridian, Ameritas and MetLife.
The rankings for this year’s categories are released next month.
BLDI was recognized by HR.com for being in the top 10 in two categories in 2016: ranked No. #8 in the Best Corporate University category, and No. #10 in the Best Use of Classroom & Traditional Training category.
This award is the latest in a series of recognitions of the development programs offered at Borton-Lawson. In September 2016, due in part to the BLDI program, Borton-Lawson received the Young Professional Development Award from the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce for dedicating resources to developing the future leaders of our community.
The BLDI program drives critical leadership traits that create well-rounded leaders and challenges candidates through programmatic career development and real leadership experiences.
