School’s Back, Building Operations to the Front

Higher Education institutions spend much of the summer executing on capital projects.  Now that school is back, it is time again to focus on building operations. 

Commissioning is a systematic quality assurance process to verify that building systems are fully operational and perform interactively according to the design intent and owners requirements. Building Commissioning can cost as little as $0.13 to $2 per SF and is often paid back in about 2 years.  In addition to resolving energy deficiencies, commissioning has a big impact on indoor air quality/comfort and extends the life of your equipment.
