Borton-Lawson is pleased to announce that Brian Palmiter has been promoted in his role of Civil Designer. Brian is a highly respected member of our Water/Municipal Service Center and serves as a mentor to younger engineers.
Brian is a key player in Borton-Lawson’s MS4 work with the Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority. He consistently receives positive feedback from municipal clients, which has helped build and strengthen relationships. Additionally, he is actively involved in community organizations and activities including the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), Wilkes University, and the United Way of Wyoming Valley.
