Borton-Lawson is pleased to congratulate Jacob Hauptmann on being named a Top 20 under 40 by the NEPA Business Journal.

Jake currently serves as a Civil CAD Designer in our Wilkes-Barre office. Throughout his career, Jake has always found himself leading due to a steadfast devotion to helping others.

Over the last 5 years at Borton-Lawson, Jake has recognized the value of a few company committees and made it a personal responsibility to achieve their missions alongside his regular responsibilities. He led or assisted in leading the charge on the Project Standards and Drafting Standards committee.

The continuous improvement theme within these committees headed into the advent of the Collaborative Technology committee, which Jake helped to organize. The goal of this effort was to inspire others at Borton-Lawson to realize the technical potential of all staff and the company as a whole. Due to this effort, the committee has been recognized as a valuable resource worthy of committed support and promotion.

Please join us in congratulating Jake on this achievement!
