Borton-Lawson is pleased to welcome Jacob Plank to our Wilkes-Barre office. He joins our Oil & Gas team as an Electrical Designer.
Jake is a graduate of Wilkes University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Engineering. Prior to joining Borton-Lawson, he worked for Greenman Pederson, Inc. in Moosic, PA as an Electrical Engineering Intern last summer.

Where proximity to a centralized pipeline is not feasible, conversion of RNG to CNG or LNG may be required. Proven experience includes turnkey site and facility designs for both CNG and LNG clients.
Site design and natural gas pipeline design and permitting capabilities needed to optimize treatment site designs and deliver product to the closest pipeline. We utilize site engineering tools such as SitePro to quickly optimize site layouts, and our pipeline teams have permitted hundreds of miles of gathering, midstream, and downstream natural gas pipelines.
Over a decade of experience designing natural gas treatment facilities, compressor facilities, interconnects and delivery points for a variety of midstream and utility clients. In house design team includes all process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and I&C disciplines required to deliver turnkey projects.
Borton-Lawson’s staff of environmental scientists and wastewater engineers have proven experience in methane collection, anaerobic digestion, and sludge disposal issues. Our process engineers can assist with the coordination, collection, and transmission of biogas treatment alternatives from agricultural, wastewater treatment, and landfill sources.
