MetLife, Inc. selected Borton-Lawson as the Commissioning Authority for the renovations to their three-story, 92,000 S.F. office building located in Scranton, PA. The renovated space will support approximately 580 end users and include open area workstations, a few private offices, conference rooms, and amenity suites.
Borton-Lawson provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services in support of LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). The project achieved LEED Gold.
