Pave the Way Intern Program

Program Summary

Our “Pave the Way” internship program is a hands-on, professional relationship-building opportunity for undergraduate college students to obtain real-world experience in our firm. In this program, we link academics and work experience to foster a collaborative environment filled with technology, networking, and a skillset students can take far into the future.

Program Overview

Borton-Lawson offers a diverse and inclusive internship program to enable students to advance their professional preparation through work experiences which compliment their school course work. Working at Borton-Lawson you will quickly learn the culture and become acquainted with the organization. We provide invaluable resources to help students grow and learn in a career that matches their interest.

The benefits of an internship experience at Borton-Lawson are: the development of skills; real work experience in a work environment, opportunity to work with the latest technology, development of interpersonal and professional skills and increased understanding of potential job opportunities. The students will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different areas within the business.

Borton-Lawson interns have the opportunity when they graduate to become full-time employees.
