Monica’s ability to establish strong internal relationships, passion for creating development opportunities, and desire to build a strategic partnership between HR and other departments makes her the perfect candidate to lead the team well into the future.
Since joining Borton-Lawson in 2013, Monica has done an exceptional job leading our employee development and recruitment efforts. She has also coordinated our employee events and provided significant value to the High Performance Culture Committee and several other corporate initiatives.
Monica has more than 15 years experience and earned her B.S. in Education from King’s College along with post-graduate education in Organizational Management from Misericordia University. She also holds additional certifications through the Society of Human Resources Management.
